UltraBrowser respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of our
users. Any information we may collect is intended to create a better
online experience. This policy may change from time to time so please
check back periodically. The following statement was created to help you
understand the fundamental aspects of our privacy policy. For a more

The UltraBrowser
application anonymously tracks certain browsing activity but never ties
any tracking data to its users' personal identifiable information.
UltraBrowser gathers such information in an effort to enhance our users'
experience with UltraBrowser by serving our users relevant content, site
recommendations, and advertising. Any information we collect may also be
used for statistical purposes in aggregate, anonymous (non-personally
identifiable) form. Such use will only include users' demographic,
non-personal information. Information may also be used for commercial
purposes, including advertising, marketing, co-registration to other
services, promotional or any other commercial activity. UltraBrowser will
never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about a
user to any third party, unless done at your request or pursuant to a
court order, demand of a law enforcement agency or pursuant to some other
legal requirement.
Our policy on public forums: UltraBrowser may
make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to
users. Please remember that any information disclosed in these areas is
available to the general public. Therefore, it is in your best interest to
exercise caution in disclosing any personal information through these
