Agreement and shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining provisions.
NO WAIVER
Ultrabrowser's failure to enforce the strict
performance of any provision under this Agreement shall
not constitute a waiver of UltraBrowser's right to
subsequently enforce such provision or any other
provisions under the Services.
ALL RIGHTS RESERVED
Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in this
Agreement or on the Services confers or is to be
construed as conferring, whether by implication,
estoppel or otherwise, any license or right under any
patent, copyright, trademark or other intellectual
property rights of Ultrabrowser or any third party. Note
that any product, process or technology related to the
Services may be the subject of other intellectual
property rights reserved by Ultrabrowser, and are not
licensed hereunder
COMMENTS, COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS
We welcome your feedback about the Site. However, any
comments, ideas, notes, messages, suggestions or other
communications sent to the Site shall be and remain the
exclusive property of UltraBrowser, and we may use all
